How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, carry out and invoice work, and keep service records for your vehicles. We do not sell personal information, and we only share it with third parties where needed to do the job (for example, parts suppliers) or where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Records are stored securely and access is limited to people who need them to do their work. We keep information only as long as it is needed for business or legal purposes.
This website
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. The embedded map is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy when you interact with it. The usage statistics this site keeps are described under Website analytics below.
Website analytics
To understand how people find and use this website, and whether our advertising is working, we keep simple usage statistics. They are collected by this website itself, not by an outside analytics company, and they do not use cookies or identify you personally. We record:
Your IP address is never stored. It is combined with your browser details and a code that changes every day to count visitors, and that code cannot be turned back into you. Staff who are logged in to the website are not counted. Statistics are kept for 13 months and then deleted. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, your visit is not recorded at all.
